EDHEC, which climbed from 7th to 4th position, was particularly complimented for its internationalisation and professionnalisation with some impressive statistics being cited: 93 international partner institutions, almost a third of the teaching faculty coming from abroad, 1 in 5 students of non-French nationality on campus and almost a third of students finding their first job abroad. While the average EDHEC student spends 18 months in an internship, 61% find their first job even before graduation - the starting annual salary averaging 39600euros.
Another strength highlighted by Le Point was EDHEC's research strategy that closely links the outstanding research of the EDHEC Risk and Asset Management Research Centre and two of the Schools finance programmes: the MSc in Finance and the MSc in Risk and Asset Management.
EDHEC's bachelor programme, ESPEME also fared well in the rankings coming in 11th position of the bachelor programme rankings, with a noteworthy 7th position for its professionnalisation.
